You can use FSBO System for as long as you want and quit whenever you want, for any reason. If you quit, we will refer you to your choice of agent to list your home for six percent minus your FSBO System fee. So either FSBO System works for you, which it has for 77% of our clients over the years, or you’ll get every penny of your fee back, in cash, at your closing.

For the Money Back Guarantee to work, we need to be able to make the referral. In other words, you can’t list with an agent, or tell an agent you are going to list with them, and then expect us to be able to negotiate their fee for you.

We are able to work with your choice of agent about 95% of the time. If the agent is unwilling to reduce their commission we’ll ask you for your second choice.

Sometimes our clients negotiate a commission that’s lower than the Money Back Guarantee, which is great. That is the client’s choice.
